Lena's Turkey Dressing
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups of
Italian parsley - minced
4 large yellow onions, minced
and sauteed
3 1/2 cups of fresh bread crumbs
3 cups of celery - minced
6 cloves
of garlic - minced
3 cups of spinach, fresh or frozen, cooked in lightly salted water and drained
well
6 eggs -
beaten
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cumin
Saute beef and onions followed by adding
parsely and
garlic. Add beatened eggs, mix together. Add spinach, bread crumbs,
cheese, herbs and spices. When finished, let cool and refrigerate. Happy
Stuffing!
